US President, Donald Trump, has built a wall around him. He is not willing to budge until the senate approves his budget of 5.7 billion dollar to build a barrier/wall to it’s southern border. This is a perfect example of how he is negotiating his deal:
Just left a meeting with Chuck and Nancy, a total waste of time. I asked what is going to happen in 30 days if I quickly open things up, are you going to approve Border Security which includes a Wall or Steel Barrier? Nancy said, NO. I said bye-bye, nothing else works!

The first prime time address of the president from the Oval office:

I am pleased to inform you that I will Address the Nation on the Humanitarian and National Security crisis on our Southern Border. Tuesday night at 9:00 P.M. Eastern.

V.P. Mike Pence and group had a productive meeting with the Schumer/Pelosi representatives today. Many details of Border Security were discussed. We are now planning a Steel Barrier rather than concrete. It is both stronger & less obtrusive. Good solution, and made in the U.S.A.

Talk of impeaching the president has also started. He replied:
How do you impeach a president who has won perhaps the greatest election of all time, done nothing wrong (no Collusion with Russia, it was the Dems that Colluded), had the most successful first two years of any president, and is the most popular Republican in party history 93%?

That was how it started :
🔥@realDonaldTrump and the @GOP *own* this #shutdown: "Yes. If we don't get what we want, one way or the other…I will shut down the government. Absolutely. I am proud to shut down the governent…I will be the one to shut it down.“🤬#TrumpShutdownpic.twitter.com/KrksObM4KD

Trump told: “If we don’t get what we want, one way or the other, whether it’s through you, through military, through anything you want to call, I will shut down the government,” Trump said. “And I am proud. I’ll tell you what. I am proud to shut down the government for border security, Chuck. Because the people of this country don’t want criminals and people that have lots of problems and drugs pouring into our country. So I will take the mantle. I will be the one to shut it down. I’m not going to blame you for it. The last time you shut it down, it didn’t work. I will take the mantle of shutting down. I’m going to shut it down for border security.”
All the time Schumer was smiling as the president took all the blame. The Vice President Mike Pence, also present at the meeting, however looked uncomfortable.
